BeyondCollege collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver educational programming and respond to learner inquiries:

• Course Enquiries: Name, email address, optional contact phone number, referenced course, and message content submitted via contact forms (only when enquiry forms are active).
• Account Profile (if signed in): Full name, email address, and authentication provider identifiers.
• Saved Courses: Course bookmarks saved directly to your learner workspace profile.

When connected, BeyondCollege utilizes Google Cloud Firebase for authentication and database services. All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS cryptographic protocols, and security rules strictly limit read and write access to authenticated document owners and designated administrators.

Learners maintain the right to inspect their stored account data and request complete deletion of their account records and associated enquiries at any time.
